We process your personal information based on data protection regulations of the General Data Protection Regulation (Datenschutzgrundverordnung DS-GVO),\ as well as the Federal Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetzes BDSG) and, if applicable, the data protection laws of the individual federal states.

Purpose and Legal Basis for processing personal data

Customer Information (advertising customers) used for the implementation and support of contractual relationships or pre-contractual relationships is processed based on Article 6 Abs. 1 lit. a-c DSGVO, as well as customer information used for contact requests and communication. Customer information which allows conclusions to be drawn on the customer’s sex life or sexual orientation is processed only with explicit consent pursuant to Article 9 para. 2 lit. a DSGVO.
We have a separate Data Protection Declaration for our advertising customers, which is presented prior to the completion of our contractual relationship.

In general, personal information will not be passed on to third parties.
